**Prep Chef**

Ideally we would like someone Monday to friday, early start and finish by 2pm. We can be flexible to meet needs.

**We close Christmas week and July week - all other holidays can be decided by you.**

Key Duties:

- Preparing fresh produce daily to ensure availability and quality for our service kitchen.
- Assisting in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and portioning. Developing new dishes alongside our head chef and working closely with Stuart.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Assisting other chefs and cooks in various tasks as needed, such as prepping items that they have ran out of.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.45 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
