Bluestone Worktops are the leading supplier of premium worksurfaces in the UK and we are looking to strengthen our estimating team.

We are looking for someone to deliver an effortless customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

- Estimating from customer drawings and specifications
- Providing a high level of product knowledge, being able to give advice on

different materials available and their benefits
- Helping customers with colour options, researching different brands
- Finding suitable options to meet a variety of customer budgets
- Qualifying web leads
- Quoting web leads
- Revising quotes for current customers
- Upselling extras or higher band colours
- Building a rapport with customers
- Raising orders
- Keeping price list on clarity up-to-date
- Arranging samples for customers with our various suppliers
- Arranging Bluestone samples, packaging & posting out
- Following up sample customers - are they satisfied with the product, do they need more choice & can we now quote **Hitting monthly targets**:

- Being first point of contact for walk in appointments

Experience of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment in a small friendly team. Full Training will be given on all aspects of the role.

The position is based in our offices in Kendal town centre and the hours of work are as follows

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm ( 42.5 hours per week )

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
