The Job

The Company

A busy Roofing contractor in London with a good reputation and experience working across a variety of sectors. The company has planned growth plans with an expanding team and an increasing turnover which is being achieved with a full order book of various Roofing contracts which includes, new build Roofing, Roofing repairs and maintenance including frameworks, and Roofing replacements.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity which would be suitable for an Assistant Roofing Estimator with some experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of Roofing which plans to further their career within the Roofing industry. As an Assistant Roofing Estimator you will support a busy Estimating team with managing tenders from inception to submission and post tender negotiations. The role will be predominantly office based, although travel will be required to sites throughout London when pricing up new works. You will be encouraged to work off your own initiative but will receive support and any necessary guidance from a welcoming team to help you succeed and advance your career and personal development within a progressive organisation.

In this role there will be opportunities to work on variety of Roofing projects ranging from £30k - £4m and multiple long-term Framework agreements from £4-5m per year. Due to the nature and reliability of the work this also provides a very stable career opportunity for a loyal Estimator looking to progress.

Qualifications & Experience

Construction related Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying.

Construction industry experience with knowledge of various types of Flat and Pitched Roofing.

Full Driving License required.
