We’re looking for a credible, talented leader to join our Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for the operational delivery of our national, specialist, housing management functions; Tenancy, Neighbourhoods and Anti-Social Behaviour (and nuisance).

Leading these teams you’ll be responsible for harnessing customer engagement and insight, new ways of working and technology to improve customer experience, driving up customer satisfaction, trust and efficiency. You’ll also be responsible for continuingto develop a high performing culture where colleagues are engaged, encouraged and supported to be their best.

It’ll be hard work - you’ll laugh, you’ll occasionally be frustrated but you’ll also have the opportunity to thrive. Above all, you’ll be supported and encouraged to innovate - we strive for excellence and promote a learning culture where colleagues cancontinually grow in knowledge and confidence.
