Hire Controller

**Role**: Hire Controller

**Salary**:Competitive

**Location**: Nutts Corner, Crumlin

**Hours**: Monday - Friday (including every other Saturday morning)

**Our Hire Controller is responsible for;**
- Setting up hire agreements and allocation of equipment, ensuring that all internal processes are followed.
- Liaising with Yard Operative to arrange for pre-hire inspections on equipment.
- Planning delivery and collection of equipment for internal delivery fleet.
- Planning and arranging vehicle maintenance, PSV tests, services, safety inspections and repairs both for lorries and trailers.
- Monitoring status of equipment to ensure that all equipment on hire is compliant.
- Accurately raising hire contracts ensuring the correct data is inputted into the system.
- Compiling and providing hire quotes for clients.
- Supporting Sales team to ensure that any specific customer requirements are available and/or develop new product offerings to our clients.
- Ensuring that customers are at the informed of delivery/collection status.
