What you will be doing:
In this fast paced and varied role, you will have the opportunity to deliver a high-quality administrative support service that visibly contributes value and exceeds client and customer expectations.Processing all queries from completion to redemption either directly from customers, solicitors and brokers, or queries escalated from within OSB Group and OSBI.

**THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION OF 32 HOURS PER WEEK.**

Your responsibilities will include
- Processing all incoming mail tasks to agreed timescales and quality standards.
- Maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy when processing documents, ensuring productivity targets are achieved in conjunction with high quality targets.
- Providing support where needed to junior team members in need of guidance.
- Identifying any potential fraudulent activity or breaches to contract and escalate any concerns to the appropriate person immediately.

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £23, 314-£25,142 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 12.5%
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Contributory pension (8% employer 5% employee)

- Maternity & Adoption Leave - Occupational Maternity/Adoption Pay provided at 100% of salary for the first 26 weeks.

- Previous experience of working within a regulated mortgage environment is essential.
- Detailed understanding o Advanced attention to detail skills is essential.
