**The Role Summary**
**Skills;**
- Understanding of SQL databases.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft power platforms. For example, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of problem-solving issues with Microsoft Windows.
- Willing and flexible approach with the ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent time management and planning skills, forward thinking and able to add value.
- Ability to identify gaps in our systems (both software and hardware)
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively, relate to others, and work as a member of a wider team
- Deadline conscious and organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Appropriate personal presentation with a confident and friendly manner
