**Position**:Door Supervisor for hospitality venues

**Location**: Bluewater, Dartford, Kent DA9 9RL

**Salary Range**:£12.50 - £13.00 per hour

We have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at a premium entertainment venue in Bluewater, Kent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting thorough security checks on individuals entering the premises.
- Monitoring and controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Handling and diffusing potentially volatile situations with professionalism.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and patrons.
- Working with colleagues and venue management to maintain a cohesive security strategy.
- Reporting and documenting incidents as required.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of security service.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is mandatory**:

- **Smart appearance: Black Suit, White shirt, black tie and smart black shoes**:

- **Excellent knowledge of security procedures, access control, and crowd management techniques.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external stakeholders.**:

- **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per the establishment's operational requirements.**

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
