We have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital team here at Czech & Speake London as a Midweight Digital Designer & Content Creator.

Additionally, the role will contain a product design component, creating mock-ups and variations for future development, working closely with the founder.

This role would be suited to an experienced, versatile Digital Designer with a creative mindset, who is passionate about their personal development and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Behind the Brand**

Specialising in luxury aromatics and bathroom interiors, Czech & Speake remains one of the last great independent fine fragrance and gentlemen's grooming brands, founded in the heart of London on historic Jermyn Street. Despite the fact that the Czech & Speake brand now has a global presence, it very much remains a London-based, family-owned business.

**The Role**
- Creating gifs and animated artwork to align with the creative direction
- Being organised and proactive, supporting the digital and marketing team in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high standards
- Brainstorming asset ideas for campaigns and product launches and quickly translate these into mock ups and interactive prototypes
- Organising in-house and external photoshoots, providing a clear art direction with brief and mood board inspiration
- Confident in shooting in-house for social media content and smaller campaigns
- Retouching and editing photography
- Design, layout and develop marketing print such as look books, brochures, price lists, fragrance sample cards, packaging inserts, press releases and event invitations
- Create renders to produce new e-commerce assets to a high standard
- Compose brand videos and reels for Instagram
- Create and update product artworks such as packaging labels and inserts
- Participate in design discussions and provide feedback during planning and strategy meetings
- Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
- Collaborate with the founder to create renders and physical mock ups for new product ideas

**Beneficial but not Essential**
- Strong copywriting skills to produce journal posts following SEO processes such as keywords, linking and meta descriptions

**Experience, Skillset and Attributes**
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a design position
- A degree or suitable qualification in graphic design, digital design, or similar.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating ability to follow brand/campaign guidelines
- Experience in working in a collaborative team environment
- Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe inDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate
- Photo and video editing expertise
- Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Passionate about their own development; being connected and up-to-date with trends and movements both in and out of the industry to inspire digital look and feel
- Articulate and well-spoken
- A positive demeanour
- A willingness to learn and develop.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
