As anJunior Technician you will be required to carry out a variety of duties to ensure a safe and productive workplace and an efficient operating environment.

As Junior Technician you will:

- Prepare Demonstration equipment including carrying out visual checks and function tests,
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy for updating systems and records
- Liaise with the dedicated co-ordination team to ensure smooth call flow for all operations.
- Where applicable, escalate service and performance issues
- Carry out Pre-Delivery Checks on new systems as per customer requirements.
- Install optional items to new systems as necessary.
- Assist visiting customer engineers.
- Arrange for calibration of test equipment.
- Manage customer tool kits, including ordering of consumables and replacement tools from suppliers.
- Perform Stock Checks and work with internal / external auditors

We are looking for:

- Good team member who can also work on own initiative
- Technical/Mechanical mindset
- A flexible and can-do attitude
- Previous engineering experience would be preferable
- Good communication skills
- Basic Good IT Skills e.g. word, excel
