We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our leading engineering company based in Huddersfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various plant and machinery, ensuring top-quality service for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out maintenance and repairs on a variety of plant machinery, including CNC and manual machine tools, fabrication equipment, and overhead cranes.
- Overhaul, upkeep, and repair all plant machines, including PLC controlled equipment.
- Diagnose faults and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain and manage machine documentation and records.
- Install new machines and equipment as required.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing a range of plant machinery.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- This role offers excellent career development opportunities overtime will be required as per business needs.

Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
