**The Opportunity**:
The Institute for Academic Development are looking for a Data Enhancement Intern (Employ.Ed on Campus) to support our Operations and Projects Team with an internal Data Enhancement project.

The Data Enhancement Intern (Employ.Ed on Campus) will focus on gathering information about IAD activities and provision from the wider team at IAD and at times relevant contacts in other departments such as the Insights team and Information Services Group (ISG), in order to map data types, sources, and processes. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to engage with business analysis work as part of the project, support the wider Operations and Projects team run data cleansing and updating exercises across the events and registrations platforms.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. We would expect for this role that the intern would be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week, usually on Tuesday or Wednesday and one other day.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- A 2 nd to penultimate year University of Edinburgh undergraduate student
- Expertise in using MS Office
- Good written and oral communication skills
- An interest in business improvement practices
- Ability to organise information according to guidance and procedures
- Experience of working collaboratively and as part of team
