MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our existing Ballymena client. Due to a current surge in demand, they require a **Beef Boner/Trimmer **to join their busy Boning Hall team on a Full Time basis.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Cutting, de-boning and preparing carcasses for further processing.
- Boning and trimming the meat in line with customer/company specifications.
- Maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient as possible.
- Undertake such duties as required in a safe and hygienic manner.
