**Our UK business continues to grow and evolve and as a result of internal promotions we are looking to recruit a suitably experienced supervisor to work and lead our Logistics Administrative Team.**

**The Role**:
**Principal objectives**:
To supervise the team of administrators to ensure the replenishment of all stock requirements in a cost effective and timely manner.
Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained to allow for successful delivery of customer SLA's.
To ensure all department KPI's are met.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervising a team of purchasing administrators
Training and continuous improvement
1st line escalations for any issues and complaints
Placing orders with suppliers and confirming delivery dates
Chasing overdue orders
Maintaining accurate internal databases with prices and correct supplier details
Liaising with couriers
Fielding van stock enquiries from field staff
Ensuring adequate stock levels across all stores
Working closing with the warehouse and engineers to ensure correct delivery of parts
Other duties as required to support the Procurement and Logistics team
**Skills and Experience required(essential)**:
Supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Computer literate, word, excel and any database experience
Customer service experience
Negotiation skills
Works well under pressure
**Skills and Experience required(desirable)**:
Experience of working in a purchasing role
