**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Subject matter expert to develop, support and maintain the IFS systems,
- Ensuring services that underpin the operational processes are correct
- First point of contact for staff queries and troubleshooting on IFS
- Run reports and modify Lobbies to suit business departments
- Work with colleagues to train staff on particular modules
- Create and Own the IFS process documentation flows
- Familiarity and experience in an Application Support or Development Role
- Knowledge of supporting the ERP IFS business systems software preferably, with experience in IFS9 in Supply-Chain, Finance, Manufacturing and Planning
- Ability to write clear, succinct work instructions, technical notes, user instructions, on-line help
- Experience providing support directly to end-users or customers
- Great communication skills and trustworthy
- Highly motivated, reliable and with an eye for detail.
- Well organised and can work autonomously to deliver necessary objectives.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
