Community Connex is a multi-faceted, community based organisation that has grown into a leading campaigning and established service provider in the Health and Social Care sector supporting citizens in Harrow, Hillingdon and Brent. Their services providetailored support, care, advice and friendship to individuals carers and families living with mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism, older people and other citizens who require support.

You must have experience in the delivery of community facing services and can demonstrate an understanding of the challenges faced by disabled people.It is essential you bring passion, dynamic ideas and creativity to the role.

You will have experience of leading a team covering a wide range of projects and interests.You will know what it takes to set up, deliver and monitor services to meet the intended outcomes.You will know how to implement models of empowerment that giveseach person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and life choices.Community Connex are looking for someone to not just manage services but to lead their development and coverage across Harrow, Hillingdon and Brent.

Above all you will bring a positive "can do" approach.

**About the role**:
The role involves leading the delivery and development of a range of centre and community facing services for disabled people and young people with SEN.Services include day opportunities for adults, respite/short breaks, after school, weekend and holidayclubs filled with fun and inclusive activities building confidence and independence; enabling the young people they support to flourish through all life experiences.

Leading and motivating a team to develop responsive, creative and inclusive activities and support whilst ensuring the most effective use of resources.
