Our client has an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and passionate Locum - Speech and Language Therapist who resonates with their mission for autistic youth. Your role will be pivotal in shaping, customising, and tracking students' individual plans, empowering them to engage fully in learning and community activities.

As a valued member of their multi-disciplinary team, you'll work alongside diverse specialists, each contributing unique insights to enhance their students' educational journey.

Location - West London - Richmond

Start date - ASAP

Duration - minimum 3 months

Pay rate - dependent upon experience £25 - £45 p/hr

Duties include:

- Evaluating and reassessing learners' speech, language, and communication needs in alignment with the assessment cycle.
- Working closely with the trans-disciplinary team to strategise, execute, and assess targets and initiatives.
- Offering counsel and support on employability skills, as well as facilitating opportunities for work placements.
- Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy at degree level.
- HCPC registration.
- Evidence of post-qualified training in ASD.
- Specialised knowledge and experience in various treatment techniques, SALT models, and approaches for individuals with ASD and/or complex needs.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £25.00-£45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week
