22.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull Talking Therapies Service as a Specialist CBT Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. The service is delivered jointly by Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust and Mind Mental Health Charity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate CBT therapist to join our fully staffed, forward thinking expanding team. You will work alongside our Clinical Lead and Service Lead to support the development of projects and the skill set of our workforce. There will be opportunities to be involved in research and innovations within the service. You will be creative and confident in your practice and keen to share ideas around Mental Health, Long Term Conditions, and supporting clients who access the service and their families. Providing strong supervision, clinical leadership, training, and support to NHS Talking Therapies clinicians, ensuring that as a service we continue to deliver evidence-based interventions.

To work with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders to deliver KPI targets and service improvement initiatives, so the best outcomes for patients is achieved.

To work alongside Talking Therapies colleagues, acute services, secondary care mental health, Primary Care Networks and other community services and stakeholders, and to deliver a fully integrated system-approach across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

CWPT Talking Therapies is a progressive service which encourages professional development, supervision, and peer support, with an identifiable career pathway. We work closely with members of the local community, service Commissioners, GPs, Primary Care Networks, secondary care services and various voluntary sector agencies.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire, and a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services. As a whole service we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
