Organisational Change Lead

**ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE LEAD (RAIL) - WEST MIDLANDS - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - £91.74 PER HOUR**
ARM are working with a major infrastructure company and we are currently recruiting for an Organisational Change Lead to be involved on a major railway project to be based in the Midlands.
**About You**:
- You will have demonstrable experience of leading organisational change or continuous improvement within an organisation.
- Your experience should include railway in areas such as signalling, digital railway or railway operations.
- You will have excellent stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally.
- You have run or facilitated workshops.
- You will have experience of delivering messages via media channels also.
**What you will be doing**:
This position will be leading continuous improvement and a learning / change culture on a Digital Railway project. You will be sharing best practices and leading on improvement initiatives on the project, as well as working with stakeholders to understand real time impact.
This position is based out of Birmingham and will be working using the hybrid model. The contract is offered as a 12 month project and may extend beyond this period also.
**What you can expect in return**:
The rate for this position is £91.74 per hour (£688 per day) (Umbrella - Inside IR35)
