Waiter/waitress

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items
- Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of different cuisines

- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Upselling abilities to increase revenue through suggestive selling techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Exceptional guest service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £7.35-£11.07 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
