**Sales Services Specialist - Italian Speaker**

The role of a Sales Service Specialist within our company, here at NonStop Consulting, is to ensure that we have enough of resources to perform all business tasks and to maintain the desired level of quality. The sub-department covers majority of the criticaltasks within the business related to Quality Assurance, Credit Control and T&C. This is the perfect opportunity to join a growing, innovative team, who are always open to input and new ideas to continuously improve and carry out tasks both effectively andefficiently.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance -**provide qualitative and quantitative reporting on sales performance (from individual level to business-wide level)
- **Credit Control** - follow the processes and the training to make sure the invoices are paid according to the terms and conditions but also to build a strong business relation with the clients.
- **Terms & Conditions** - generate, in a timely manner, the Terms & Conditions according to the processes and to the negotiations between the consultant and the client. Have an understanding of contract to be able to answer basic questions fromconsultants and clients.
- **Managing workload**:

- cover multiple departments in a timely fashion, maintain knowledge of the business or labour laws; create or update tools in Credit control.
- **Managing the process**:

- use the training provided as well as common sense and proactivity in all processes.
- **Managing communication**:

- maintain a fluid communication with the sales team, your manager and the clients.
