**Job Introduction**
We are looking for a female support worker to workwaking nights to support a young lady in Solihull who has complex mental health needs. She has an all female team for 2:1 support, 24 hours a day. You will need to have specific experience of supportingsomeone with complex mental health needs and be understanding about behavioural responses.

You will receive specific training for this role and will be fully supported as you settle into the team.

The contract is for 42 hours which is 8pm - 8am (12 hours), 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next which averages out as 42 hours.
