HR Business Partner required to join an NHS organisation based in North Yorkshire. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic and growing HR team on a full-time, temporary basis.

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the management and delivery of a timely and comprehensive HR service, alongside the various duties below:
**Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner**
- Work with the designated services on their workforce priorities including issues such as absences, recruitment and mandatory training
- Develop, review and amend key HR policies and procedures as appropriate
- Provide line management, mentoring and guidance to the wider HR team as needed
- Take a lead role in the HR management of organisational change and transformational programmes
- Ensure HR cases are managed in a fair and timely manner, troubleshooting problems where necessary
- Deputise for the Workforce Lead as and when required

**Required skills and experience of the HR Business Partner**
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR qualification
- Previous experience as a HR specialist within a large organisation
- Knowledge of current employment law and HR good practice
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Demonstrates initiative whilst able to take direction
