- Previous experience as a CSCS Labourer or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
