The British Commercial Vehicle Museum, is a registered charity. We have a small team of staff and 40+ Volunteers
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure Gift shop is stocked
- Assist with data entry tasks using computerised systems
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Handle office-related errands as required
- Basic Cleaning
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with general office equipment and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Hours**
April - September - Wednesday - Friday (9.30am - 3.30pm)
October - March - Thursday, Friday and one weekend day. (9.30am - 3.30pm)
Some weekend work also required as and when required must be able to work within school holidays, due to business demands,
Rate of Pay Varies.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £8.60-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16.5 per week
