**_Introduction_**

We’re looking for Health Care Assistants both experienced or new to care, to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in one of our luxury homes, **Linden House in the centre of Lymington, Hampshire - SO41 9BP. **

We’re looking for the right person to join our fabulous care team, to build lasting relationships with residents and ensure they receive the highest level of personal care every day, assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.

You don’t need experience to make a real difference to residents’ lives. A positive, caring attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for helping others are what we’re looking for. If you’re a Support Worker, or looking for a Support Worker role, you may possess all the skills and qualities we’re looking for.

You don’t need to have experience. Your personal qualities and values are more important to us, and you’ll be supported with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training from day one.
