- **JOB SUMMARY**:_

The Human Resources Specialist will support and maintain the organization’s local recruiting systems, HR administrative reporting, and employee benefits support. They will be responsible for overseeing continuous improvement projects and responding to the needs of their internal customers.
- **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Arranges for advertising of local job openings, interviews and testing of applicants, selection of staff, arranges on-boarding of staff, and provides information on conditions of service, pay and promotional opportunities
- Works with global HR team to support global job postings.
- Provides support to the global Crown Human Resources Team
- Delivers effective reporting and analytics on all aspects of Human Resources
- Maintains headcount and reporting, working collaboratively with the HR Team
- Compiles data to show results
- Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Business Partners, Benefits, Learning Development) to support their analytical needs
- Provides analytical support for the administration of compensation plans including data validation for year-end decision making and calculation of annual bonus payouts
- Develops analytical tools and reports for regular monthly Management information
- Plans, develops and implements staff recruitment
- Develops, plans and formulates corporate agreements, offer letters, and other employee documentation
- Provides advice and information to management on HR information needs
- Leads implementation of training initiatives to local team.
- Supports travel and expense systems
- Supports legal department administrative needs
- **QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS**:_
- 2 to 5 years experience in a previous HR role including experience with recruiting, talent selection, and onboarding.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate changes and tailor their message to the audience.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with previous HRIS systems experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hessle, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
