To be successful in this **Payroll Administrator **role, you must have:

- An extensive knowledge of payroll maintenance and submissions
- Experience in running payroll in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computing skills
- Punctual, with an organised & structured approach to all tasks
- The ability to adopt new software and technology
- Great people and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines

Experience with the following software is essential:

- BrightPay
- Excel

As a **Payroll Administrator**, you will:

- Manage the payroll department to ensure smooth delivery of payroll services
- Auditing the payroll to make sure it satisfies all government regulations
- Prepare and run payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare and run Construction Industry Scheme submissions
- Prepare and submit pension contribution schedules for various pension providers
- Support the department in growth and innovation
- Bring fresh ideas to the firm
- Ensure that clients always receive exceptional customer service
