**Resource Planning Coordinator (Full time)** (f/m/d)**

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our Resourcing Team. The Resourcing team is responsible for assigning our in-house medical writers to the right projects at the right time. This is not an HR or recruiting function.

Our medical writing teams work with our clients to get new medicines to patients as quickly as possible. Our clients are pharmaceutical companies who look to us to prepare their regulatory documents with speed and agility. This gives every role at Trilogy significance - especially yours. As part of the resource planning team, your work will include:

- Identifying and assigning the best team of writers from our existing in-house team for new projects.
- Understanding the knowledge and skills of each writer to select teams that will keep our clients singing our praises.
- Juggling the resourcing of numerous, rapidly shifting projects for our large and growing client base on a daily basis.
- Building relationships with the writers to understand their strengths and ensuring these are best utilized on assigned projects.
- Communicating with writers and clients to get the information needed to make decisions in a timely manner.
- Managing changes in resourcing needs as part of effective vacation and succession planning for Trilogy writers.
- Has experience working in Project Portfolio management/Demand management.
- Has some experience coordinating resources for client projects in a similar environment, specifically in project management support functions.
- Has excellent organisation, time management, and planning skills and high attention to detail.
- Thrives on the challenge of putting all the puzzle pieces together, sometimes under tight timelines, to ensure that both the clients and the people doing the work are happy.
- Is fluent in English, is a highly articulate communicator, is able to engage confidently and sensitively with all kinds of people, and can learn what it takes to motivate our writers to perform at their best.
- Degree in business administration or similar
- High degree of teamwork and good communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software and CRM systems
