First Aider

Responsibilities:

- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to individuals who are injured or ill
- Assess the nature and severity of injuries or illnesses and determine the appropriate course of action
- Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with emergency medical services (EMS) personnel and provide them with necessary information upon their arrival
- Document all incidents, treatments provided, and any other relevant information accurately and thoroughly

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of first aid techniques and procedures
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals in distress and emergency personnel
- Good problem-solving skills to quickly assess situations and make appropriate decisions
- Attention to detail to accurately document incidents and treatments provided
- Ability to work well in a team environment
