Technical Assessor

Our client based in Altrincham, Cheshire is experiencing an extended period of growth as a result of business success and is looking for a full-time Technical Assessor to work alongside the field-based Surveyors providing desk-based support.

Responsibilities...
- Covering desk top assessments, reviewing inspection surveys and claim assessments
- Dealing with technical enquiries
- Providing a help desk function to the business and customers
- Verifying reports for surveyors
- Liaising with the surveyors and buildings strong relationships to work alongside the surveyor’s daily
- Carrying out day to day administration duties
- Providing cover for surveyors as and when required, attending site inspections

**Requirements**:

- RICS qualified
- Relevant experience required
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- A professional approach
- Administration experience
- Competent with all Microsoft office programs

Hours: 9am - 5pm (Office Based)

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
