BOHNS Best Burgers are a small independent in the heart of Hockley. We focus on using homemade and quality ingredients - an approach which is synonymous with both the food and the drinks. We are on the hunt for a bartender who is ready to get stuck in.

Main Responsibilities
- Learning the specs of our house cocktails as well as having good knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Ensuring close downs are done to standard.
- Making sure everything is date labelled correctly.
- Being consistent with all drinks that leave the bar.
- Utilising quiet periods in a productive way whether that be bar cleaning, prep, or anything else relevant at the time.
- Prep - To ensure everything can be the freshest it can be our bar requires prep to be done daily/regularly. It will be down to the bartender/s to ensure all prep is done to standard.
- If/when needed jumping on the floor to clear, run food or take orders/payments.
- Answering phone call in a friendly and professional manner.
- Working alongside the bar and restaurant manager.

Attitude
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills - we need someone who can stay calm and think fast on their feet to come up with effective solutions for any issues that might arise during a shift.
- A good eye for detail - this means making sure all drinks are served presentably and consistently.

Here at BOHNS we are looking for a Bartender who has passion and drive. An overall experienced bartender who also may have some Barista experience, although not necessary we do serve a small number of coffees and want them to be at the same quality as all other drinks that are dispensed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
