Pharmacy Dispenser

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician/Dispenser to join our friendly team at Balmedie Pharmacy.

Those with no experience, but a willingness to learn will also be considered for the role.

Duties will include:

- Dispensing repeat and acute prescriptions.
- Liaising with the Pharmacist and other members of the Pharmacy team
- Dealing with compliance aids
- Assisting in providing pharmacy services such as Pharmacy First, Medicines, Care and Review and Smoking Cessation
- Giving healthcare advice

**Essential skills and requirement**:

- NVQ2 qualification and/or pharmacy experience very desirable
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask.
- Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.)

The role would be part time, approximately 32 hours a week, Tuesday - Friday.

**Salary**: £10.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
