Head of Climate Content

**BAFTA albert is seeking a Head of Climate content to join their busy industry leading team**

**Our opportunity**

This role was recently developed to drive BAFTA’s position as a thought leader and champion for creative storytellers and practitioners to continue thrive in a warming world. This role will have responsibility to lead and own the industry’s leading climate content programme.

In leading the Climate Content Programme, you will spearhead efforts to unleash the storytelling power of the screen sectors, mobilise creative minds, and ignite a movement within the industry to tackle the climate crisis.

You will be an engaging sustainability advocate with a track record of programme design and delivery, an outstanding negotiator and great at forging meaningful relationships with others. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and will be a senior representative of both BAFTA and BAFTA albert internally and externally.

- Salary £48,000 per year

**Who you are**
- Someone with a deep passion for storytelling, climate change and environmental sustainability
- A highly effective communicator with interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Someone with a strong understanding of sustainability principles, climate change issues and the intersection of sustainability with the entertainment industry
- A creative thinker and problem-solver
- Someone with a familiarity with screen industries production and funding processes, industry trends and ways of working
