We are seeking a Fryer to join our team in a bustling takeaway environment. The Fryer will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and quality preparation of fried food items.

**Duties**:

- Operate fryers and ensure the correct temperature settings for various food items
- Prepare and cook fried food items following established recipes and guidelines
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of frying oil
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed to support meal preparation

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in food safety practices
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff effectively
