**MULTITRADER - EAST/NORTH LONDON**

Due to growth within the business we have a great opportunity for an Multi Trader to join our Repairs and Maintenance division.

We are seeking multi trade operatives to help assist with servicing our maintenance contracts within Social Housing properties.

Multi Trader will be asked to carry out a variety of reactive maintenance repairs / replacements..

This role will including some administration tasks as operative's will be required to provide full reports and details for all jobs carried out on our web-based system.

We are looking for a proactive operative with a can do attitude.

Operatives will be required to supply their own tools.

Looking for a multi trader who can cover as many of the following trades as possible; Carpentry, Glazing, Plumbing, Tiling, Vinyl floor laying, Plastering, Painting, Groundswork, Fencing.

Emergency out of hours cover will be required and will be paid additionally to your salary.

Self employed - Fortnightly pay (£120+ day)

Hours on site; 8am - 5pm
