United Response is looking for people to join one of our busy services in Crawley on a full-time basis to help ensure the people we support are given the opportunity to live the life they choose.

We currently support 8 individuals with a range of physical and learning disabilities across 2 properties. The people we support are a fun loving bunch of characters who love getting out and about and we need you to help us make this happen.

**About you**

The most important things for us are that you have the compassion and integrity to treat people with dignity and respect and that you are willing to promote a person centred approach. If you have the right values then we will give you all the training and support you need. Whilst previous experience of having worked in social care may help with some of the challenges it is by no means essential.

**Your role**

As a Support Worker you will:

- Provide person centred support
- Assist with jobs around the house
- Help the people we support develop life skills
- Accompany the people we support in the community
- Assist with personal finances
- Administer medication
- Personal care

**Pay and benefits**

In return for your dedication as a Support Worker you will receive:

- £10.40 per hour
- 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part time)
- Additional annual leave after 3 and 5 years’ service
