Red has 4 sites, and we are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative at our Wednesbury facility.

We are looking for an experienced industrial cleaner that has qualifications in working at height, confined spaces, high pressure jetting and knowledge of method statements and risk assessment.

If you are not experience in all of these areas, don’t let this put you off applying, as an employee we will ensure you are fully trained and qualified for any jobs you undertake.

You will be the face of RED industries and will be representing the company during your customer visits. Therefore, we require someone who is able to communicate with our customer and suppliers and key internal members of the team.

It will be your responsibility to ensure all jobs allocated are completed to the full scope as requested by the customer.

It is an exciting time to join RED, as the business is looking at new ways to expand their customer base and how to improve internal processes.

The role is a permanent position working flexible shifts Monday - Friday with the opportunity of working overtime.

RED offer 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a standard pension scheme, where the employer pays 5% contributions and employer will pay 3% contributions and all employees have access to a cycle to work scheme and the employee assistance programme.
