**About the Role**

As a Creative Artworker specialising in social media graphic design, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic creative team. Your primary focus will be to conceptualise, design, and produce visually captivating artwork, graphics and short-form video content for our upcoming social media channels. Working closely with our Social Media Marketing Manager and Creative Director, you will contribute to enhancing our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving our social media marketing efforts to new heights.
- **Responsibilities**_
- **Graphic Design Expertise**: Utilising your extensive graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail, you will create visually stunning graphics that align with our brand guidelines and captivate our social media audience. Your designs will range from static images to animated content, ensuring that our social media channels remain vibrant, fresh, and appealing.
- **Content Creation**:Collaborating closely with our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will actively contribute to the ideation and development of creative concepts for social media campaigns. You will bring these concepts to life through your expert design skills, ensuring that our content is engaging, on-brand, and optimised for various social media platforms.
- **Visual Storytelling**:Through your designs, you will effectively communicate our brand's story, values, and messages to our target audience. You will work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop visual narratives that resonate with our audience, drive brand awareness, and increase social media engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: As a guardian of our brand identity, you will ensure consistency across all social media graphics and maintain brand integrity. You will adhere to brand guidelines, typography standards, colour palettes, and design principles to create a cohesive visual language that reflects our brand's essence and personality.
- **Collaboration and Adaptability**:You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and initiatives. Your ability to adapt to evolving priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential for success in this role.

- **Skills and Experience**_
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media graphic design (**Required**)
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) (**Required**)
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their design specifications (**Required**)
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition (**Required**)
- A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies (**Required**)
- Experience of Adobe Premiere, Adobe Stager, Blender or similar video/3D software would be **preferable **but is not required as training will be provided.

**The Rewards**
- Salary - We offer a **£26,500** starting salary with an increase to at least **£28,000** per annum after 12 months, more may be offered in the event of very high performance.
