We are looking to recruit a DLF Driver on a temporary basis (2-3 months) to join the Logistics Team based in our Hailsham hub (Pallet track logistics, Unit 14B, C, Ropemaker Park, Diplocks Way, Hailsham, BN27 3JU).

**The Role**

Working out of our freight partners hub in Hailsham & reporting to the TR Fastenings Customer Logistics Team Leader, your role will be to contribute to the effective and efficient smooth running of the Direct Line Feed (DLF) operation and to ensure the delivery of a cost-effective service for both internal and external customers is achieved. The working pattern will be Monday to Thursday 07:00-17:00 and Fridays 07:00- 15:45.

Key tasks include:

- Ensure efficient and accurate deliveries of DLF customer orders.
- Ensure Kanban’s are properly maintained to TR Fastenings' & the Customers' agreed standard.
- Efficient monitoring and management of stock at customer premises, practicing FIFO.
- Report any issues with the Kanban systems to the nominated person.
