You will be part of an existing Planning team in our Repairs and Maintenance division and will play a key role in shaping our future.

**What you'll be doing**

You will provide exceptional standards of customer service and optimise productivity through effective planning and works scheduling.

You will develop and maintain strong working relationships within both the Customer Service Centre and Trade Supervision functions whilst always operating in accordance with departmental practices, standing orders, and financial processes and regulations to enable the department to achieve its objectives in terms of time, cost and quality of service.

You will provide a personalised, helpful and solution focused service to customers; taking calls, diagnosing repairs, agreeing appointments, and allocating works by telephone, in writing and face to face whilst living and role modelling the Golding values.

Working under mínimal supervision and as part of a team you will use your outstanding written and verbal communication expertise to easily organise and prioritise the works successfully whilst maintaining a strong customer focus with a continuous commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Experience of planning trades functions including Gas or similar phone based or customer facing experience.

Efficient and effective use of planning tools to deliver excellent repair service delivery.

Experience with scheduling emergency jobs

Knowledge of typical repair requests and solutions which can come up across housing stock.

Knowledge of repairs ordering systems

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

**When and where you'll be doing it**

You will enjoy a 40-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £31,500 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience. This role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week.

Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.

This is an office based role with occasional home working.
