Environmental Consultant

ExCAL Limited is an Environmental and Engineering Consultancy based in South Wales; we are currently looking to recruit an Environmental Scientist to work on numerous sites, supporting our clients with their environmental compliance needs.

The role includes; but is not limited to:
- Providing Support with Environmental Compliance;
- Undertaking surveys;
- Accurate sampling, often through precise use of specialist equipment;
- Compiling and interpreting data;
- Writing reports; and,
- Presenting findings to clients;
- Liaising with a range of people;
- Providing clear and accurate information and advice.
- The ability to write technical reports that are clear, concise, factual and easy to read;
- A relevant qualification in Environmental Science;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to gain the confidence and cooperation of the workforce;
- An analytical approach to work and a high level of attention to detail;
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- The ability to work independently and also as part of a team to meet objectives;
- Technical and IT skills for using specialist equipment;
- An interest in the law and regulations.
- Flexitime

Pay: £24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
