REED HR are partnered with a growing growing people and development consultancy, who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their ambitious and energetic team.
Our client are looking for someone with an open and curious mindset who is driven to add value and is hungry to learn and grow.
In this role, you will proactively support their team of Business Partners and clients directly, with the delivery of various HR responsibilities:
- Advise, guide, and manage a variety of employee relations matters, working with managers at various levels
- Support internal Business Partners with key strategic projects
- Support internal Business Partners with organisational development activity
- Manage recruitment campaigns from scoping requirements through to interview and offer
- Work closely with our learning and development team to provide additional value to clients
- Be a point of contact for HR related queries with clients, delivering a proactive and flexible service
- Support business and clients with Employment Law updates
- Creation and maintenance of HR policy and processes
- Provide analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly HR metric reports for clients
- Ensure best practice and compliance with all company procedures, policies, and legislation
- Build and develop good working relationships with clients
- Support HR Advisor and HR Administrators
