**Salary**: £23,485

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system to monitor apprentice attendance and complete actions when needed
- Providing key reports to the Early Careers & Skills team in relation to any outstanding time and attendance, identifying solutions and appropriate actions to non-compliance
- Providing specialist and administrative support to the Early Careers & Skills delivery team across the UK and Management e.g. assessment preparation, compliance monitoring, responding to queries, record keeping, financial returns and file auditing etc
- Providing coordination and correspondence for groups attending Early Careers & Skills delivery programmes in line with regulatory body requirements
- Supporting additional projects e.g. recruitment process, induction process, internal and external celebration events
- Supporting co-ordination activities such as learner registration, certification activity, management of learner files and completion activities ensuring regulatory compliance standards are met
- Updating and maintaining management information systems and create and provide reports to support the Early Careers & Skills programmes
- Supporting key projects, programme innovation and quality improvement actions
- Meeting the demands of internal/ external quality monitoring and compliance standards
- Pro-actively identifying improvements to process and service that leads to quality and / or cost saving outcomes

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Experience with working on MIS Systems with detailed focus on data accuracy
- Experience of effective and efficient organisational and administrative skills
- Willingness to complete CPD training and work towards Level 3 Award in Education and Training
- Knowledge and understanding of Apprenticeships, standards and OFSTED Common Inspection Framework is a distinct advantage
