Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

The role of the Branch Manager - Plastic Buildings Products will involve:

- Branch Manager’s position selling a range of plastic building products such as: rooflights, window frames, decking, fascias, guttering, interior wall panelling, cladding, roofing, windows and doors
- Selling to a range of customers including contractors, regional developers such as Bellway and Bovis Homes, trade, end users and independent stockists
- Focusing on new builds, renovations, schools and hotel projects
- Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales
- Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees
- Maintaining an efficient trade counter whilst developing good relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring an excellent customer service is provided
- Overseeing the cash, stock and warehouse management, logging all details onto the CRM system
- Provide training, motivation and development to the staff whilst creating a positive working environment for the team
- Tasked with achieving £1.5m in sales for the branch
- Managing a team of 4
