**Executive Assistant & Project Support, Salary: £35-45k + Excellent pension and company benefits package, Based: Holborn, London. Hybrid working is possible for this role with regular travel to the London office required.**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant & Project Support to work for a leading global construction group. The role will focus on ‘at pace’ delivery of various Group level projects in areas including ESG, HR and Operations. In additionto this, the role will provide exceptional executive support to leaders at the most senior level within a growing, global organisation.

**Executive Assistant & Project Support Key Duties;**
- Work effectively with other members of the Group team to deliver strategic global projects across a number of areas
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders at the most senior levels of business
- Identify ways to improve the quality of deliverables through use of technology and effective communication, e.g. visualisation, simplification
- Collate and process various data sets in order to deliver business insights
- Deliver an exceptional executive support service to a number of members of the Senior Executive Team at pace
- Manage the diaries and travel arrangements of the assigned members, which will include working closely with various global stakeholders
- Coordinate expenses (using SAP Concur) for the assigned members
- Provide document management and support to various stakeholders
- Deliver general office management activities
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant / PA / Project support role would be highly advantageous.

This role is suitable for either an experienced hire or someone in the early stages of

their career. As a minimum, you should have experience in the following areas:

- Working and communicating with a diverse range of global stakeholders
- Regular delivery of exceptional outcomes - high quality and consistent
- Demonstrable experience of improvements to ways of working
- Organisation of complex diaries and events

This role requires someone that is:

- Confident and competent working with a wide range of digital tools and systems, including Microsoft 365, SAP Concur and DocuSign
- Dynamic and able to deliver exceptional service and outcomes at pace
- Inquisitive by nature and open to self-development and growth, seeking out opportunities to broaden their skillset and knowledge
- Detail focused in all aspects of work
- Able to consolidate large amounts of information / data and present this in clear, understandable ways to different audiences and through different media
- Able to maximise performance through process / ways of working improvements
- Able to work as part of an effective team, but also confident to challenge ideas and concepts in order to drive improvements
