**The Role**:
**This is a stand out opportunity for a FS Regulation Associate to join this top 20 City of London law firm.**
Within this role you will help clients with a variety of strategic transactions which include material regulated outsourcings, commercial partnerships, distribution and hybrid projects, capital driven transactions, risk mitigation transactions, and regulated business transfers.
- A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
