Our client is looking for an experienced Accounting Administrative Assistant to join one of their fast paced teams.

Accounts Administrative Assistant responsibilities are preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPointpresentation etc).

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports/Dashboards on Salesforce and Microsoft excel.

Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive organisation initiatives with respect to automation.

Identify the issues / concerns that need to be resolved.

Document the responses received in prescribed format.

Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Gather business requirements from a diverse number of users and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
