Owen Payne Recruitment have an immediate start available for a **Shell Builder **to join a company within in the Wednesbury (WS10) area.
- **This is a 12-week temporary to permanent position**_

**Duties**:

- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and fasten materials.
- Reading drawings / instructions to assemble framework.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assemble and construct various components of buildings and structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Manual / Heavy Lifting.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and assembly

**Hours of work**:

- Monday - Thursday: 7am - 4pm
- Friday: 7am - 1pm

**Rate of pay**:

- Age 18 - 20: £7.49 per hour
- Age 21 -22: £10.18 per hour
- Age 23+: £10.42 per hour
