We’re looking for a Caretaker to join our Facilities Management Team working with us on our Harrow Schools contract. Within this role working among a great team, taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the job.

**Location**: Woodlands School, Edgware

**Contract**:Permanent - full time, 30 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**

As a Caretaker, you’ll be working within the Facilities Management Team supporting them in various areas. The role covers 3 sites, most often based at Woodlands school but visits to other sites would be required.

Your day to day will include:

- Ensure that effective communication is always maintained within organisation structure
- Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, customers and clients alike reporting any incident that may adversely affect service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Carrying out fire and safety precaution procedures in accordance with the current regulations
- Organising work areas so that the premises and furnishings are cleaned regularly in accordance with the contract standards and methods.
- Inspection and care of hydro pools as required on specific sites. Pool management training would be given

- Experience in a general maintenance role
